Headed to Auction
My painting "Amber Violin" is flying out to the University of Tulsa today. It will be in a silent auction to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Sooner Chapter and The School of Music at The University of Tulsa. They're having a big "End of the World" party (thank you, Mayans) this Friday.
You can still get a copy of this painting on a note card from my Etsy shop. www.artbylyndel.etsy.com
"Amber Violin" is acrylic on canvas. It is gallery wrapped meaning the edges are covered with canvas and painted too so it doesn't have to have a frame. It is 10x10 inches and 1 1/2" deep. The first thing you'll notice in the background is the gold filigree but if you look closely you'll see the melody to Beethoven's Violin Concerto.
